The following are some of the issues you have put forward anonymously to The Forum team as per October-November so that they could be addressed by management.
1. Why is there still a water problem on the 5th floor? We thought that management had promised to look into it two weeks ago!
2. The End of month Friday meetings are too long. I suggest that issues be put forward and circulated earlier through Intranet to all members of staff so as to reduce on time wasted generating issues at the actual meeting.
3. Could the employee of the month award be turned into a departmental thing? That way, it is easier to recognize and award effort in a way that gives everyone an equal shot at making the cut.
4. Can the management purchase a coffee machine and snack bar for the offices. The cafeteria is too far as it is on the first floor and sometimes, all you want is a quick bite and not to splurge on some larger dish. The other option would be to serve healthy snacks through the cafeteria.
Those were the common issues you aired between last week and this week. Keep an open eye for responses from the management.
